Our garage door broke right before the weekend, we called & they came right out. Figured out we needed a new door, got everything we needed & had it installed first thing Monday. Return the next day and installed a new garage door opener. Excellent work, quick service, reasonable prices, and very knowledgeable. The technician was very, good to answer all of our questions, got right to work & was polite & very efficient. Highly recommend this company

There are several garage door repair specialists. I saw the reviews and because I like supporting family run businesses and people that have a veteran history I chose my home garage repair. Let me tell you I was not a bit disappointed. Scheduling was easy. They were immediately available and showed up on time. Bill the owner and manager not only knew his craft but knew the problem even before he saw the problem with the garage doors. In this day and age I was impressed with his honesty and kindness and taking the time to explain and deal with the problem. He was extremely fair and most reasonable and I did not get the sense at all that I was being ripped off. This was unlike the A1 Authentic company that ripped me off for 1500.00 and still did not fix the door and installed products not necessary to fix the problem. In addition they wanted to charge another 1500.00 for a new garage door opener!!!!!!! They are such crooks and should be reported to the better business bureau. Bill fixed the problem immediately. He was sure to point out that if further problems ensued he had a good follow up plan and would not charge labor since I paid for it on this visit! I love family owned business and I would highly recommend this business to anyone. I am so happy to add this reference to my list of professionals Thanks Bill!
